If you change your mind
If you're not happy with your product or simply change your mind you must provide us with notice of cancellation within 14 days of delivery to receive a refund. Once you notify us of your wish to cancel, we shall arrange a suitable time with you to collect your item. We will not charge you for collection but we will not refund any delivery costs that you may have paid at the time of purchase. We request that you do not unpack or use the item as this will effect the value of the product and could result in us only being able to offer a partial refund upon inspection of the returned goods. Where you have not used the product and it is returned in the original packaging you will receive a full refund. Your refund will be made within 14 days of collection.

Returning a faulty item
If you believe that the item you have purchased has developed a fault within 30 days of the purchase date then contact us on 02920231166 and we will arrange for the collection of the product at a suitable time with you. We reserve the right to inspect the product and in some cases this may require an engineer visit from the manufacturers' qualified repair agent. If the product you are returning is indeed deemed to be faulty after inspection, we shall offer a full refund including any delivery or installation costs. If you as the customer would prefer an exchange, we shall arrange for an exchange and pay any installation costs necessary to install the replacement product.
If you believe that the item you have purchased has developed a fault outside 30 days of the purchase date then contact us on 02920231166 and we shall arrange for either an engineer visit or the collection of the product at a suitable time with you.
The manufacturers will supply a warranty in addition to your rights under the Sales of Goods Act. In most cases you'll receive a 1 year warranty covering all parts and labour, or in some instances, it may be extended to 2, 3 or 5 years by us or the manufacturer. You may need to register to qualify for these warranty promotions – please check that you have registered your product for any promotional warranty as we cannot accept any responsibility for unregistered items.
Please also note that our warranties only cover domestic use; items for use in commercial properties might not be covered.

Radiocraft promotional warranty policy
If your product develops a fault and is covered by a Radiocraft warranty we will get it repaired. We cover the parts and labour of the product but not accessories like remote controls.
If your product is uneconomical to repair, we shall offer an exchange. As models change, we may not be able to get an exact replacement, but we will make sure that what we get you is of equivalent specification.
Please note that our warranty is not transferable nor is it valid for products used on commercial premises. We recommend that you check the policy of the manufacturer for more details.
